A seat is one employee with a managed device and a Microsoft 365 licence. Additional options available for workers who only require Microsoft 365 support and for functional devices.

All plans have a 10 seat minimum.

Standard term is 12 months.

Typical onboarding fee: $1,250–$4,500 depending on number of devices and complexity.

We provide 24×7 monitoring across all plans. 24×7 support is included in the Enhanced plan, and is available in the Core and Growth plans at additional cost.

After-hours response in the Enhanced plan is remote-first, followed by onsite after-hours response if required.
