Set it and forget it: our managed cloud‑backup service removes the need for tapes, USB drives or manual processes, so your team stays focused on running the business instead of managing backups. Milnsbridge configures and maintains your backup policies, handles monitoring, and manages restores when you need them.

Our cloud‑backup solutions are tailored for organisations with 10–200 employees that run multiple servers and rely on Microsoft 365. You get simple per‑server and per‑user pricing, clear inclusions, and a backup strategy that grows as your headcount and data volumes increase.

Encrypted recovery points are stored in Australian data centres and can be used to restore your servers into the cloud after a serious incident. If you lose on‑premises hardware due to fire, flood or theft, Milnsbridge can bring key workloads online in the cloud so staff can keep working while infrastructure is rebuilt.

Microsoft 365 is not a complete backup solution. Milnsbridge backs up Microsoft 365 email, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint Online so you can recover deleted mailboxes, emails and files long after the recycle bin or default retention has expired. This helps you meet compliance requirements and protect against accidental deletion, ransomware and insider threats.

Milnsbridge uses Cove Data Protection, a cloud-first backup platform built for MSPs. Backups are encrypted with AES-256 and stored in secure, in-region data centres, supporting Australian data sovereignty requirements.
Cove uses TrueDelta™, which sends only changed blocks to the cloud. N-able states this can be up to 60× more efficient than traditional image-based backups (vendor benchmark), helping reduce backup windows and bandwidth usage.
Crucially, your backups are monitored 24/7 by Milnsbridge’s Australian support team. We identify and fix failed jobs before they become compliance risks.
A North Sydney financial services firm was hit by CryptoLocker at 3:00 PM. Their previous tape backup would have taken 48 hours to restore.
Using Milnsbridge Backup + DR with Cove Standby Image technology, we booted a virtual replica of their infected server in the cloud.
